Sterngold’s 2008 Implant Forum a Great Success!

Attleboro, MA – The 2nd ERA Implant forum held in Las Vegas on May 9-10, 2008 was a great success with a record number of attendees. Building off of a successful inaugural forum two years ago, this session drew over 290 attendees from many Countries around the world. Clinicians and staff members from Brazil, China, Columbia, Finland, Germany, Guatemala, Sweden, Taiwan and the United States enjoyed fun filled learning about current implant clinical techniques geared towards both the surgical and practice integration segment of the rapidly growing edentulous population.

The forum included nine invited speakers:  Dr. Dov Almog, Dr. Joe Carrick, , Dr. Joe Massad, Dr. Mark Murphy, JoAn Pickett-Majors, and Dr. Hamid Shafie. The forum successfully mixed excellent presentations from lecturers along with hands-on sessions with key issues such as biomechanical analysis and occlusal schemes for implant overdentures, incorporating CT scan technology and teaching marketing and practice management aspects of the implant practice.
