In this two-day course, you will learn how to create a more automated, efficient and predictable digital denture solution for your customers through scanning, case design, final case milling and delivery.

Implement an implant-retained, digital workflow in your laboratory while communicating the benefits to dentists in your market. This course will offer a first hand look at digital case planning from beginning to end, while examining the compatible equipment and software required for digital dentures.

Jim Ellison, CDT

Jim has a Bachelors Degree in Biology and an Associates Degree in Chemical Technology. He earned the title of Certified Dental Technician during 20 years of at-the-bench experience in all phases of dental technology. Jim has presented to both dental laboratory and dentist groups throughout the world and has been an employee and consultant for Sterngold the last 34 years.

Bob Vasile

Bob started in the laboratory business at an early age, working with his father. In 1985 Bob opened his own laboratory specializing in crown and bridge work and became certified as an Implantology lab. He is a co-developer and holder of 2 US patents. Bob believed that the industry was changing rapidly and that CAD/CAM technology would be the future of dental restorations. In 2005 he joined Atlantis (Astra, now Dentsply) to pursue this technology. To further his digital dentistry education, he moved his family to NC to work for Sirona as the Infident Lab Manager. He also started teaching, lecturing, and troubleshooting. Next Bob joined Bicon LLC as the Manager of CAD/CAM and Laboratory Services. He helped bring digital workflow to the Clinical and Laboratory side of the business and helped with the development of TRINIA. He continued to teach, lecture and hosted webinars for the USA, South America, and Europe. Bob’s current position is Director of Technical and Educational Services for Sterngold.
