Patrick Hayden, M.Ed

Patrick Hayden has worked in the dental industry for over 24 years. He spent 10 years at Straumann starting in outside sales, then joined the training and education department as a Senior Training Manager. Patrick earned his Master's of Education in Curriculum Design and Adult Learning Theory from the University of Massachusetts, and differentiated his training by becoming a subject matter expert on 3D digital technology, dental implants, and tissue regeneration. He has created dozens of instructor-led and distant-learning courses using instructional design and adult learning models with a focus on active learning pedagogies. As an entrepreneur, Patrick started his own consulting company, Hayden Education LLC in 2014, providing education and an implementation plan for dental professionals who want to place dental implants using 3D digital technology. He expanded his offerings at his company to create sales training curriculum and coaching and leadership development workshops for sales management for companies in the medical device, financial, and higher education industries. Originally from Minnesota, Patrick has lived most of his life in New Hampshire with his wife, Tamara, and their two children.
