Find and view the product you're looking for.

1How do I find the product I'm looking for?

You will notice the Search magnifying glass icon in the website's upper left. This function can help you find any product in the Sterngold database. Simply enter the name of the product, or a word or words related to the product, here. For instance, if your desired product is an alloy you might enter "alloy". Hit the enter/return and the search engine will return your results.

2Can I search based on product number?

Yes, If you know the catalog number of a specific product for which you are searching, you can find it directly by searching for it using the search icon in the navigation. You can also use our Express Order feature to order a product directly with the product number.

3What if I don't know the name of the product I'm looking for?

If you don't know the name of the product you need, you can search based on related terminology. For instance, if your desired product is an alloy you might enter "alloy". as a general rule, the more specific you can be, the better your chances are of receiving the match you need.

4What if there is no match for the product I am searching for?

If your search does not provide a match, you may want to try another search, this time using more general terms as your search criteria. This will return a larger display of results, but the list generated will also be more likely to contain the product you need.
If a more general attempt again fails to provide the desired product, and you know what sort of product you are looking for, you can also browse directly to the product by using the navigation choices provided at the page's top: Alloys, Attachments, Implants, Restorative Systems, or Equipment & Consumables. Within these product classes, you will find more specific categories displayed on the left side of your webpage; clicking on one of these categories will provide a specific list of products we sell in that area.

5I'm having problems viewing product pages.

If you are encountering difficulty in viewing a page on our website, or if a page fails to resolve in your browser, first try holding down your SHIFT key and pressing the Refresh or Reload button. If this does not solve the problem, check your connection status. If your connection is stable and you are still unable to view our site, the server is probably busy and you will need to try again in 5-10 minutes.

6How can I print the technical information?

To print the technical information, you will first need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (follow the link provided to download Acrobat Reader, if you do not have this program installed). Click on the document you would like to print, and it will open in the Acrobat Reader. From there, select 'Print' from the File menu. You must be logged in to use this function.

7I'm having problems with Adobe Acrobat.

8Do I have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader?

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read technical documents on Sterngold Dental, LLC's website. This program is available free of charge from Adobe. The Acrobat format is accepted across the World Wide Web as a standard method for viewing and storing print documents due in large part to the speed with which it allows files to be uploaded and downloaded.
