1How do I order a product?

To place an order, you must first locate a product that you wish to purchase. Once you have found that product, hover over the product image and selecting the Add to Cart icon. This action will bring a popup on your screen where you can choose to continue shopping or view your cart. You can also add a product to your cart by hitting the Add to Cart button on a product detail page. Follow the steps in the purchasing process through order confirmation, and your order will be placed.

2How do I review the status of an order?

From your account dashboard, click into My Orders page, where a summary of your order will be presented. A visual map of the ordering process will also display, which will include billing, delivery, payment and the item(s) that you ordered.

3How do I print my order?

From your account dashboard, click into My Orders page, where a summary of your order will be presented. In the upper left hand corder of your summary is a Print Order red text link. Click on this to display your print functionality.

4How do I save an order to my computer?

From the My Orders page, select the File menu and then choose "Save As..." We recommend that you save the file to a directory where you can find it later, should the need arise. 

5How do I reorder a product?

From your account dashboard, click into My Orders page, where a summary of your order will be presented. In the upper left hand corder of your summary is a Reorder red text link. Click on this and follow the steps in the purchasing process and your order will be placed. 

6What if I already know the product’s item number?

To place an express order with a product number, click on the Express Order text link in the navigation. You will be brought to the shopping cart where you can add the product’s product number into the box. Once you do that, the product should appear below. Click on it to add to your cart. You can adjust the quantity in the box to the right. Lastly, simply follow the steps in the purchasing process and your order will be placed.

7How do I change my shipping and billing information?

From the Login dashboard, you can can click on the Billing/Shipping Address text button on the left side navigation. This page will allow you to update your address along with your contact information. When you are finished editing this section hit Save Address. You can also get to this page by hitting the Manage Addresses text button in the address section of your dashboard.

8How secure is my order?

My order and billing information is stored within a secure database. Sterngold Dental, LLC uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption in pricing and confirmation to provide transaction privacy. 

9How do I cancel or edit my order?

Contact customer service at 1-800-243-9942 to change or cancel your order.
